Stan's Communications was formed in 1960 in East Grand Forks MN. Owner Stanley H. Whicker received training in Communications while in the United States Air Force.

In 1961. Stan's Communications moved across the river to thier present location. Stan then applied for and became a General Electric (M/A-COM) Two-Way Radio Dealer and Authorized Service Center. They have expanded their equipment line to include Kenwood.

The majority of their customer base is in Law Enforcement and Public Safety throughout the Red River Valley, along with a small portion of the private sector.

Stan's Communications has been servicing their customers for the past 47 years and takes pride in providing them with the Newest and Best Technology and System Design available.
